There are some dancers in the waiter's chorus of the DOLLY movie that I'm curious about (careers, other roles and films, etc). However, IMDB doesn't give a complete listing of all the names of the dancers (maybe it's not possible). Can anyone think of any other sources I might use? Thanks!

Thanks so much! You know, that dancer you mentioned (Don) has had quite a career - in addition to Carol Burnett, he was also in STAR! with Julie Andrews (featured as her dance partner in one number), and he was one of the dancers in THE MUSIC MAN movie. He also made guest appearances on various sitcoms - HERE'S LUCY in particular.
I was interested in the dancer who plays the waiter "Danny" (as in, "I can tell, Danny"). His back is to the camera at that point, but he was in lots of movies - IT'S ALWAYS FAIR WEATHER, MUSIC MAN, MARY POPPINS to name a few. Since I've seen him pop up so much, I was curious as to who he was.

Don Crichton was interviewed quite extensively regarding his memories of working on The Carol Burnett Show on a recent installment of PBS' series American Masters.
He took part in the famous ad-lib skit where Carol (as Scarlett O'Hara & Harvey as Rhett Butler) came down the stairs in a curtain rod.

Dear Johnny: yes, the "Danny" waiter did have the handlebar moustache in that scene. Elsewhere in the film, he was one of the two fellows that "cartwheeled" over the park bench in DANCING - he was the one on the left. For that matter also, he was the chimney sweep who said "Had an elegant time" to Mr Banks in MARY POPPINS.

For instance, the waiter "Danny" was in THE MUSIC MAN, ITS ALWAYS FAIR WEATHER, MARY POPPINS and HAPPIEST MILLIONAIRE. There is one fellow that I've seen in BYE BYE BIRDIE, THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (groom at the Jewish wedding) and several Presley movies. I'd love to know the names of these folks!
