I thought Hammer Films had something to do with On The Buses.Was that just the feature film ?

Yes - I thought it seemed strange to see a comedy film - or a series of comedy films - made by a company normally associated with horror movies - in the series, Blakey is often referred to as "Dracula" or "Frankenstein" - and Hammer Films made all those Dracula movies in the 70s, with Christopher Lee as Dracula and Peter Cushing as the various descendants of Professor Van Helsing.
