I suspect he probably had a circumcision for medical reasons and it went wrong.

2. Yes but hes not. He cant stand the sight of her therefor he will only have "relations" with her when blind drunk. Olive who thinks shes a sex kitten thinks the reason for arfurs lack of getting it up is due to his "operation"
