Marry Olive, I watched most of the shows he doesn't seem happy at all with her.
Plus he living with his mother and son in law.

Arthur was originally a medical student when he moved into the Butler household as a lodger. The story goes that one night he was trying to find his room in the dark and got into Olive's bed by mistake. Mum claimed that Olive's 'reputation' had been ruined and that Arthur would now have to marry her despite nothing having happened. Mum probably also saw it as her only opportunity to find a husband for her unfortunate looking daughter!
