He does all the 'right' things, like donating toys to Oxfam, and treating his underlings with sweet and popular drinks, but in return expects us to 'lick his frigid fingers for the rest of his frigid life'. Britons look up to this sort of authority figure, which is why the public schools churn them out so regularly. It's as true today as it was forty years ago.
