Baby, You're a Rich Man **SONGTRACK**
I remember watching the American version on an old VHS when I was little, maybe 10 years old?, and seeing the Beatles sing a brief snippet of "Baby You're a Rich Man", then quickly jumping to the Blue Meanies running away in fright.
Now i KNOW that the "Hey Bulldog" scene wasn't included in the US version, that's why it jumps so abruptly, but what I'm wondering is why the track "Baby You're a Rich Man" is included on the 1999 "Songtrack" album, when the actual scene is nowhere to be found????
I can see why they stuck "Think for Yourself" on the album (although it does seem slightly pointless, as it's only featured in the movie for about 3 seconds), but including "Rich Man" is strange... when it isn't in the version that was released alongside the "Songtrack" album.
Surely people who are seeing Yellow Submarine for the first time wonder why this song is on the album, yet nowhere on the movie??
