Name of the dancing girl

Anyone know what is the name of the actress who plays the lovely girl in the short red dress who is dancing alone (and then Hrundi tries to dance with her), and in the dinner she's sitted next to Mr. Clatterbuck?

I believe it is Elianne Nadeau, credited as the character Wiggy(since she does bare a resemblance to Twiggy).
