Who play the band in this film? I think the drummer is in the credits...but no-one else. Is the sax player meant to resemble Stan Getz perhaps...! Many of the characters are based of figures from Hollywood at the time..
I love how they are all pretty much asleep, but still playing as on automatic pilot, by the time they are swamped by the bubbles....
shareI also love the way that the sax player plays tenor throughout the whole film but during the bubble scene he plays a beaten up old C melody. Obviously didn't want to get his horn ruined. Does anyone spot this in "gaffs"?
