Who is the actor at/near the start who is explaining all about the Hellfighters? I lived in Hou and he looks/sounds familiar. Don't see him on the credits.

He was,in fact,a local tv reporter in Houston in the 60's.
I also remember him,as I grew up in Houston at that time,but I don't remember his name,as that was(OMG!)40 yrs ago.
Or do you mean the person he was talking to?
Him I don't know at all and I can't recall ever seeing him in anything else over the years.

It was Chris Chandler, who was an actual TV reporter, married to a very wealthy Houston woman.
