The train scene really angered me!!



During the "rain on my parade" scene, you see Fanny sitting on a cross country train, singing. I have been on long train journeys before and it would REALLY p-me off if you had somebody sat there singing the whole damn way! Seeing as you see her singing the same song a few moments later on a boat, my only conclusion is she was singing that song over and over and over again! I'd have got a conductor and thrown her off personally..

Lol Exactly. On watching it it made me laugh to think that if this was REAL how annoying that would actually be...Like with most musicals.

You certainly raised a wry smile when I read it, as I too had this mental picture of a really annoying person (and sorry, I did find her REALLY annoying) getting on the nerves of loads of people across the State singing loudly as she went...
