I've been watching the show my whole life.
The show ceased production when I was 18, and Fred Rogers died two years later. Though the man may be gone, his memory will live on.

I have not seen ALL the episodes. There are 895 total episodes of MRM. Only 300 of which still air on PBS. The series can be broken into two eras, the pre-1979 era (episodes made from 1968-1976) and the post-1976 era, episodes from 1979-2001). I've seen all the post-1976 episodes, and as for the pre-1979, which no longer air, I've probably seen only a handful of those shows in my lifetime.

I'm a real retro TV aficinado. I know alot about certain shows, mainly from the '70s and '80s.

Sorry about not sending a private message. I had no idea that you could even do that on IMDB, and I've been on IMDB for at least 4 years. Thanks for answering the questions. I just started watching it about a month or two ago, b/c my 18 month old watches barney, which comes on right before MRN on PBS in the mornings. I think it's great. I don't remember watching it when I was little, although my mom says that I did. I was 20 when the last show aired, so I'm only 2 years older than you. I like alot of older shows, too. We don't get the Nickelodeon channel anymore, but that was my favorite show. Even when I was younger, when it showed sHoWS from the 50's, 60's and 70's.
