Are Lady Elaine and Queen Sara sisters?

No

They are not supposed to be ... but they sound alike ;-)

If they were related, then Lady Aberline would also address Lady Elaine as "Aunt" ... She calls both the King and Queen "Aunt and Uncle" and Prince Tuesday she calls Cousin ... Also, Prince Tuesday never calls Lady Elaine "Aunt" either ...

So the answer is, No.

I thought Prince Tuesday did call Lady Elaine Auntie Lady Elaine.

Yes, I was wrong on that part ... have been watching it with my niece. Heard him say that ... but I think it is out of respect.

I just saw an episode where Queen Sarah gives Lady Elaine an old handbag of hers ... anyway, it is clear they are not related.

Yeah and the puppeteer's name was Fred Rogers.

(I'm not being sarcastic, he did do the voice of them.)

Lady Elaine and King Friday XIII are siblings. Though I don't know why Lady Aberline did not refer to her as "Aunt." I know King Friday referred to her as his sister several times.
