What's the episode with Mr. Rogers emerging from the corner?

In 2001, a man by the name of Kembrew Mcleod made a sound collage video that made Mr. Rogers look like a creepy pedophile. The link is below.

Now my question is, during about a minute and fifteen seconds into the video, what episode is the clip from where Mr. Rogers is seen emerging from the corner in a very creepy manner? Is that even from an episode, or is it fake? I always remember Mr. Rogers coming inside the house, not hiding in some strange fashion.

I don't remember the episode specifically, but he could have been playing hide and seek. He did that sometimes. It's probably not the beginning of an episode.
