Were Mr. McFeely and Chef Brocket .....

Were Mr. McFeely and Chef Brocket the only two characters who were the same in both Make Believe and the real world?

Aside from the early episodes, Betty Aberlin in the real world ran a theater, but in Make Believe she was LADY Aberlin. Joe Negri ran a music shop and wasn't a Handiman. Bob Dog was Robert Trow. Ms. Paulificate was Audrey Cleans Everything. Honestly, Mr. McFeely and Chef Brocket are the only two I can recall that played the same character on both sides.

I believe you're right. The third would be Francois Clemmons, as sometimes he was a police officer in both the real world and Make Believe.

A couple of times, in the first two years of the series, Joe Negri and Betty Aberlin would play their characters of Handyman Negri and Lady Aberlin respectively in the "real" neighborhood. Prior to 1970, the "real" neighborhood and the Neighborhood of Make Believe were joined together. Mr. Rogers would call Edgar Cooke on the telecan and use a telescope to see what was going on in NOM.

I believe your right along with adding Francois Clemmons, and Chuck Aber I believe he was the same in both places even through in the land of Make Believe they had him working someplace else
