There is an episode (I swear!) when the lab boys are examining a human skull. As the forensic guys are narrating their observations to McGarrett they use the clinical terms for both male and female oral sex.

Can anyone tell me which season and episode this is?

I can only think of one episode including a human skull: "Highest Castle, Deepest Grave" (Season 4, Ep. 1). But I'm probably dead wrong.
