Standard practice back then but ...hey, what can you do?

Still for all of you that are "The" more "serious" fans,
answer these if you can. (I ask because I'd have no idea.):

1. How many times does Steve drive by that same fountain in course of the series? (I've counted about 10 so far & I'm up to season 5.)

2. How many times do they fish that same white car out of the water ?

3. H.M.T. did that same tour guide drive by the palace with the same tour group (from the pilot film)?

4. H.M.T we see Steve come running (alone) from 5-0 Headq. to his car with the same people going up th steps?

5. Lastly. How many times do we see the same shot of the
1968 version of the Honolulu airport building that says Aloha on it?

Bonus - Seeing the same airport landing clip, shot under the plane as it lands?

This is just for fun, not making fun of it (the show).

It was funny how those clips were repeated

Standard network (Cheapskate,cost cutting) procedure.

Then again ,they never would or could have imagined
people being able to view these at home on DVD & notice these things.

By the way,I now count 11 times of Steve drving by the fountain.  Season 5 ,episode when Danny goes horse-bakc riding and spots some bad guys and the incident causes him to temporarily lose his memory.

Any guesses on the quiz?

No,I agree with you that they never had imagined these things being watched at home on DVD and people noticing these things

Answer ~ 15 before they finally stopped using uit.

2. How many times do they fish that same white car out of the water ?

Answer ~ 4 times.

Answer ~ 3 times then a new one later but only once.

Answer ~ I fell behind but reviewed and I recall it was 7.

Answer ~ lost count but I recall it was more than 10.

Answer - More than 20.
