Excuse me "MUH-Tactless." OH! Sorry! mactach. 

If anyone needs to shut up it's you. You have no right to
jump on someone like that, just who in the world do you think YOU are?

Learn some manners you throwback to the stone age.

In answer to Mother's question , I think the criminals say it that
way because their not very edcuated or of ocurse , just lazy about grammer.

A lot of americans ar that way too. Saying "Warshington D.C. instrad of "Wash-ington". Guilty of that myself but I;m from back east and it's one of the few words I stil can't fix & say totally right.  My girlfreind teases me about that.

Go for it or just be a gopher!

To be totally fair, even Jack Lord may not have always pronounced his character's name correctly.

Jeff Daniels is fond of telling the story of his Five-O experience (the last season episode The Flight of the Jewels) in interviews. In the last scene, Daniels was.supposed to say, "Yes, sir, Mr. McGarrett" , but instead said "Yes, sir, Mr. Garrett". An enraged Lord yelled "CUT!", strolled up to Daniels and, waving his finger in his face, said "That's MUH-Garrett!" before storming off to his trailer, while everyone present was in hysterics.
