Legendary Hawaiian entertainer Jimmy Borges has passed away...

Yes, the legendary Hawaiian singer, entertainer, and actor Jimmy Borges has lost his battle with cancer (which re-emerged a few months ago) and passed away at the age of 81.

At one point they wanted to call him the Frank Sinatra of Hawaii but Jimmy said he just preferred to be Jimmy Borges. Lots of big singers like Sinatra and Tony Bennett were impressed with Jimmy's talents.

First Tommy, now Jimmy. I think pretty much all the stock Five-O actors are gone now. I believe Terry Plunkett may still be alive (at least he was around 3 years ago when he appeared in the new "Hookman" remake). Can't think of any others.

Al Harrington is still living.. He's made about three appearances in the new series, as recent as this past season.
