What a FANTASTIC film!
One of my favorite movies, in my top 10 for sure. It just came on TCM and I can NOT resist it... the way the students (against their will) become interested in Mr. Thackery, their transformation into adulthood, jeez, I have to admit I cry every time I see this film.
yes, I acknowledge the deus ex machina after the boxing scene, but still.. what a wonderful movie!
Why don't I own a copy of this???
