Will the MPAA rate the DVD?

Has anyone heard or read if this movie is going to get an MPAA rating when released on DVD in July? Or will they say its "Not Rated".

The reason I ask is because when Fistful of Dollars was released on VHS it was "Not Rated" but the DVD is R.

Just wondering.

The DVD box says NOT RATED
The DVD includes the theatrical trailer,though it's not listed as a feature on the box.
The trailer indicates the film was "Suggested for mature audiences"
