In Payback the wife ODed on drugs. In this movie I'm not clear did Walker kill her or did she OD as well.

She ODed on pills. He picks the bottle off the nightstand.

It was a bit strange when he walks back into the room and the bed is cleaned up and she's gone. But then the significance of him putting the wedding ring on her finger hit me, and there's the fact that she talks about not being able to sleep and taking pills, so I guess the conclusion has to be she committed suicide (and I guess Fairfax got rid of the body).
