Almost all of those who starred in this movie are either no longer with us or are gone somewhere. We see them on the screen, with their characters, acting. Some people enjoy the actors, they are fans. And we miss them. When are we gone?

They have a kind of ersatz immortality most of us will never have. People will be being entertained by the centuries dead "shadows" of those who once were in 1000 years-if the species survives. This only has been possible for a little over 100 years.
