Brewster's house - where is that place?

I don't suppose anyone has the actual address (or even just the subdivision) where the Brewster's house scenes were filmed.

It is on Curson Terrace in Hollywood. It has a pool with a bridge going across it. There is the main house and also a guest house. It is clearly visible on Google Earth and Virtual Earth. The roof has been recently fitted with black shingles, which is the only image visible on Google Earth. Before that, it had terra cotta shingles. Depending on which view you click on in Virtual Earth, you will either see the old terra cotta (reddish orange) shingles or the new black ones. I worked on a movie in 1994 and we used the house for a shooting location. At the time, I was told it belonged to the producer of the Cosby show and sometime before that, Berry Gordy (Diana Ross's husband and founder of Motown Records) sold it to Michael Jackson. I can't verify any of this, but there is something interesting about the pool. There is a stairway in the guest house that leads down to a small room where you can look through these portholes into the pool from below the water level. That sure sounds like something that Michael Jackson would install! :-) I have also seen this house in the TV movie "The Rat Pack" and in a soda(?)commercial from 5 - 10 years ago where people were in the pool and bubbles come come to the surface (representing a fart).

There is one short shot of Lee Marvin looking over a railing. It is supposed to be next to the Brewster house , but it could have been shot someplace else. The view is just exquisite. It looks out over the L.A. Basin and I believe that is Century City in the middle. Unusually, there is not a trace of smog. Just beautiful. Does anyone recognize where he is standing to get a view like that?
