Does anybody know who the James Brown type singer in the disco was? IMDB has no info.

Stu Gardner, he was a regular at San Francisco hippie places like the Fillmore and Avalon Ballroom when this was filmed. Here's a classic Fillmore poster showing him opening up for The Blues Project, Jimmy Reed and John Lee Hooker in February 1968. LSD not included in price of admission!
