Top Class Movie!

This is truly a top class movie! I watch it every time it comes on TV. It has everything, from a brilliant cast to an unforgettable atmosphere! I will get it on DVD to add to my already expanding Hammer vampire collection.

And WHAT a twist ending!

Not since Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein has a comedy horror movie been so good.

Brilliant!

I absolutely agree; vastly underated today and when it came out.

I think partly, to use that old saw, it was way ahead of its time and off beat. I saw this when it first came out and loved it then. A gem they should show from time to time on cable.

I totally agree with you - it's a brilliant movie, and oh so timeless.

And you will be interested to know that I have finally just added it to my own ever-growing horror DVD collection. Moreover, just go a nice new 37" inch Samsung TV set to watch it on! Cool!

It is one of my favourite movies of all time, even though there is so little dialogue and even the jokes are sometimes cheesy. But overall what`s great is the great classic vampire-story setting with all the necessary ingredients (the snowy Carpathians, the cozy jewish inn, the cobwebs, the vampire castle, the hunchback, the garlic), the hair-raising soundtrack, and not to forget the beautiful Sharon Tate.

I agree!

This film is absolutely brilliant. It's beautiful, hilarious, chilling and exciting. The humour in it is incredible. The music is enjoyable and perfect. I love the scenery too!

I finally got it on DVD; it's nice to be able to watch it whenever I please. :)
