Animated Title Sequence

I saw this first on TV in the late 60's with my sister (when we were both quite young) and it had a quite amusing animated title sequence. It was shown again on TV at least twice thereafter with the same animated titles. Since those early broadcasts however, whenever shown it has had the non animated titles, as on the (region 2) DVD I own. Does anyone remember these titles? Were they specific to the UK release? Do they exist in any version/format of this film?

I saw it on youtube a couple of years ago. Don't know if it's still there though.

This sequence is only in the cutted version for USA that Polanki hated very much. The new DVD versions feature the original director's cut. That's why there is no animated title sequence.
