Ben Hecht script

Has anyone read 'Rogue Royale' by Jeremy Duns, detailing the work of legendary screenwriter Ben Hecht's work on what this movie might have been originally? Duns wrote a preliminary account found here:

I wonder if the book expands on it and shows something of a complete(ish) script. What I read looks intriguing, to say the least.

There's a note that the only thing retained in the final movie, beyond what's in Fleming's original story, was the continuing use of the name of James Bond: "It not only perpetuates his memory, but confuses the opposition." I would point out that it also uses LeChiffre's use of film to sexually blackmail important people. Wondering if anything else got used now.
