Wikipedia's plot synopsis

The plot synopsis on Wikipedia makes far more sense than what you see in this film. I wonder how on Earth someone was able to turn this movie into a somewhat cohesive plot when writing that!

I guess it's all there in the movie, but it is so badly pieced together that it has a terrible flow to it. Of course this is because different directors worked on their bits and then Val Guest somehow arranged it into something akin to a slight plot.

I am amazed that so much money and talent went into such a directionless final product. What were these guys thinking? This is an interesting film with interesting set pieces and an awesome cast, but it really could have been so much more.
