Joanna Pettet was shown at the end of the movie in heaven, but she was dressed in the Balinese costume and her hair was longer (when Sir James first met her) - wasn't she filmed earlier in a different outfit and her hair was much shorter....before Woody Allen's bomb detonated?!

It was probably because of the shooting schedule, or when it came time to put that sequence together that that was the only footage that they had of her.

The whole movie is a big, bloated goof. Nothing makes sense, don't expect coherence...
