'Class of '40'

I think this episode revealed more about Ironside that we didn't know. It showed a side of him that was counter to the tough guy that he normally conveyed. To hear the sadness in his voice about the death of his friend in the car that he loaned showed the sensitive side that we know is there, but don't see as much. The last scene showed a long shot of the Chief struggling with the ex-principal. I am guessing that it was Raymond Burr's double that was in the shot. Also, during that scene, it appeared that Ironside moved his left foot. Did anyone else notice that?
