Does anyone know what is going on with Ironside's future releases? Will they be available elsewhere apart from shout factory?

Region 4 - Australia has advised a release of season 5 in May 19th. Season 1-4 are already released. In Scandinavia they will release season 1, 2 and 3 this year, and also have plans to release further seasons next year (I suppose it is season 4, 5 and 6).

Never buy old shows that have been recorded from recent repeats. They're always edited. Ironside generally has upwards of five to ten minutes cut out of it when it's repeated now. I understand the frustration with delayed official releases, but some of the edits barely even make sense. Important plot points can be removed. It's always worth waiting for a proper release, rather than risk missing great chunks of the story.

I'm a fan of Linda Gillen (she of "Terror House" fame) and would like to get a copy of Season 6, Episode 5 "Camera... Action... Murder!".

I am watching season 4 on DVD. The following seasons are also available on DVD, but only in Australia and New Zealand.
