*ERROR* At the end of the episode the Chef looks at the oven which has exploded. Then he decides the group should go for pizza. The Chief rolls up the ramp to join his staff. Only he's wearing his pajamas and bathrobe.

This was not an error. In the episode "Memory of an Ice Cream Stick", the Chief was cooking chili and Mark accidentally spilled the chili, so he suggested that the Chief and he go out to eat by getting the Chief's raincoat. The Chief was dressed in his pajamas and robe. Apparently, this happened more than once.

Well, they were very nice pajamas and the robe was ironed.

Slight correction. It was actually "Down Two Roads", not "Memory of An Ice Cream Stick".

You seem to have an excellent memory. Do you remember the episode where Ed Brown, Don Galloway, wore a bathing suit.

Ed wore a bathing suit in "Ollinger's Last Case", when he investigated the death of Ironside's friend when Ironside was ill and couldn't go himself.
