60-minute runtime?

Just found these on CBS Action the other day, bringing back some great memories of Saturday teatimes at my grandparents house! But according to the title page, they have a 60-minute runtime - but they're being shown in a 60-minute time slot, including ad breaks, which probably makes around 50 minutes of proper run time.
Makes me wonder how they're managing it - very occasionally I'll wonder why we haven't seen a certain situation happening (Manolito explaining to Buck and Blue how the buckboard was lost in For What We Are About To Receive, for example - it went straight from him chasing the thief to the ad break, then to the three of them, and Mano on a mule, tracking him) but on the whole it seems seamless if they are indeed editing bits out.
That said, it's very annoying if they aren't showing these in their entirety just to fit some ads in - why not just put them in a 75-minute time slot instead and show them uncut? That's my justification for skipping the ads entirely anyway...

"Wait till they get a load of me!"
