Sorry, I know this is quite a late response, but I just recently got into The High Chaparral, thanks to my Mom (and it's already becoming one of my favorite shows, even if it's only by reruns), but I didn't start watching it until around episode 5 of 6 maybe of the first season, so I haven't had a chance to see the first few episodes yet.
However, I just watched this scene on YouTube, and while it really does sound like Blue's saying what you think Blue's saying, I believe he was just aggravated at his uncle and said "Oh Buck, it ain't fair!", haha! That would've been something, though, had Mark Slade pulled that one off. lol
Maybe I can watch it with closed captioning when this episode airs again and see if that can be confirmed or not, but I don't see that getting by censors each time it re-airs. Unless they caught it and have dubbed over it by now.
