Suppose There Was A Reunion
Let's say somehow they got Sally Field to do a renion.
Would she be Mother Superior Bertrille or the Widow Rameriz weakthy patron of the convent San Tanco?
It still wouldn't happen, for a lot of reasons:
1) Sally Field has said no.
2) Half of the cast are dead
3) Bertrille would likely be the Mother Superior-she would never renounce her vows to be the wife of Ramirez (apparently, you've never head of a platonic friendship, which is what she had with him.)
4)The show isn't that well-remembered (or liked) to have a reunion special, and those kind of TV movies aren't being made anymore, anyway. More likely we'll be seeing a big screen movie version of the show-I hope not, because it's the series I want to see a revival of (in movies or TV) the least.
