He -- at least as Bill Gannon -- was good at nodding solemnly.

Bill always bragged about his home and the improvements he made to it. It appears to be a colonial style house.

One thing that was surprising is that a few years had passed after the episode The Big Neighbor (1967) when Joe spends the weekend in " A.I.D.The Weekend" (1970) they used the same exact house set and furniture again minus the wallpaper. Sometimes older shows were not good at set continuity if it had been a few years since a home etc....was shown and would use a completely different set.

Actually, Harry Morgan did play a funeral director in a Night Gallery Episode, "The Late Mr. Peddington," with a young Randy Quaid as his assistant.
