Friday Vs. the hippy news publisher

I could've sworn that it was Howard Hesseman who played the publisher of the hippy newspaper that Friday debates on a TV program, but I guess it wasn't.

reply

Yes, it was.

reply

Really? I didn't see his name in the credits! Maybe I missed it.

reply

I just checked, Hesseman was credited as Don Sturdy!

reply

Did you read the main details?

It clearly says Howard Hesseman ... Jesse Chaplin (as Don Sturdy)

reply

By choice, I watched one episode of Hesse man's sitcom. I loathed it, because of its premise; it's harder than ever to find real music on radio these days.

reply

Howard was always the go to man if you needed a rather obnoxious hippie. Mostly because he wasn't acting. He was just playing himself.
