Has anyone seen this at the cinema?

I have. 2 nights ago. Well... I've seen this movie many times because it is my favorite movie, but... at the cinema it was a completely different experience. I felt a whole lot more claustrophobic and I could feel myself getting a headache from it. The movie leaves you feeling ill when it ends and you feel like you need to be cheered up. I took 2 of my friends and they've never seen it before and they didn't say anything after it was done, the only thing they could say was "that was very intense" not sure if they liked it or didn't but oh well.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I did in Times Sq back in 1967 on Columbus Day a Wednesday , then went across the street for a 007 double feature Dr. No and Goldfinger.
I came home and found my draft notice waiting for me.
To report on Oct 28
Go know the above would be one of the last good times for a while.

Yes. One of the theaters where I live runs classic movies on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, one of my all time favorites, is among the many classic films I've had the pleasure to watch as a result. Some others I've seen there just for the hell of it: The Godfather, The Godfather Part II, The French Connection, Lawrence of Arabia, The Bridge on the River Kwai, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Blade Runner, Manhattan, Jaws, Rebecca, Strangers on a Train, Vertigo, The Searchers and Citizen Kane.
