How many times have you seen this?

I can't say exactly though, more or less, every year since the early 70s. These days I don't wait for the TV airing but have DVDs for this one plus the other holiday specials (Thanksgiving, Christmas) plus various other holiday type shows (Grinch, Frosty, etc.) Anyway....

I popped this in last night and its funny how you can find something new or different each time you view it. I had to rewind the one part with Schroeder playing the piano -- when Snoopy starts howling and then gets embarrassed.

Its like he always tries to act "human" but he was so into the music that his "animal side" got the best of him for the moment and he had to quickly cover it up. (Ya know, before someone realizes he's actually a dog.)

Too funny....

Me too!

I use to watch every year as a child.But thoses were the days before the vcr's came along.

Now, I can get it any time at my local video store, but I prefere to just record once and keep forever for good memories. You know?

I must have seen it around 5 or 6 times growing up. I got the holidays DVD box set a few months and my toddler just loves this episode, and asks for it all the time. She says, "I want" and then points her finger around humming like a plane. So now I think I must have seen it close to 100 times.

Really I think this must be the best Charlie Brown special because I have tolerated having to watch it roughly every day for the past few months.

My 30th b'day is on 10/18 so i'm guessing I have seen this pretty much every single year for the past 29 years when it is aired on t.v..
