Fact or Fiction, I want to know because I have heard of this several times and have a video store currently trying to locate a copy for me.

as a horror movie fan, I would so love to find this. And after searching for over 2 hours online, I'm beginning to think it either doesnt exist or it's just can't be found online.

It's real. I saw a bootleg copy in the 80s. They're around if you know where to look (or, in my case, if you had a psycho roommate with a video collection that would make your hair turn white. Some of the stuff I saw, Jesus...).
