I wonder if the kids that provided the voices for "It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" (as well as A Charlie Brown Christmas) get any royalties since they show it on t.v. every year for the the last 40+ years.

No way the actor's agents could ever get a deal like that. There is probably a union minimum (scale) and the agents probably negotiated it up a bit if they could without much leverage at all.
They likely got a few years: maybe 6 --tops-- or so of royalties. At some point the show becomes all profit for the rights-holder in this case either the Shulz family or a syndication co. they may have sold out to.
