Does Anyone know the exact date and time that CBS will show the special this year?

It will be on ABC October 27th @ 8:00.

Help control the pet population, have your pets spayed or neutered.

I wrote it down also as a reminder.. And a few days ago, I picked up the triple DVD set of Great Pumpkin, Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas Charlie Brown. So there's realy no need for me to watch it on Friday night if I have it on the DVD set, but I will watch it anyway because it's my holiday tradition...and there's obviously no need to tape it..

I still need to get Rudolph on DVD though, and Frosty, and Twas The Night Before Christmas...

What are the purposes of signatures!!..

I would not be so sure that its on October 27 this year. When I was searching for the date it airs I came across this page: http://abc.go.com/specials/cbrown_greatpumpkin.html
which gave Friday, October 27 as the date. The 27th is a Saturday this year. I think someone has found the website and listing for the 40th anniversary special of last year.

I waiting to pencil this essential Halloween special into my calendar too.
