I read Wednesday 10/19 at 8pm. Not sure if this is fact.

ABC is airing it on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 8:00 pm.

Why don't they air it ON Halloween?

They don't air it on Halloween, because all the kiddos are out trick-or-treating! If they show it on another night, when people will be home, they get a lot better ratings.
