What is the make + model of the car on IOT?

What is the make and model of the car driven around by the doctors in Island of Terror? I've seen it before in other European movies, but I can't find anywhere what it is.

It's an Austin Sixteen.

It looks like a Bentley from the 1930s. At least I think that is a Bentley hood ornament with its famous"B".
