Herbert Lom cameo?

Fresh off of discovering Ava Gardner as a walk-on in "Shadow Of The Thin Man" and having the cast list updated in IMDb, I'm on to my next quest.

In the scene in which the Cellini Venus is being transported from the Bonnet house to the museum, the motorcade passes a group of military officers who face the street and salute the Venus. Next, it passes two clergymen who stop and face the motorcade. I contend that the clergyman on the right is Herbert Lom. They loom into view at 13.28, the camera zooms in on them, and at 13.32, you can see the full face of "Herbert". I believe they doff their hats and you can see Mr. Lom's characteristic hair line.

Please view and confirm (or not). Thanks.

No it's not Mr. Lom. I downloaded a couple Pink Panther still shots of him and set them side by side with the cameo shots and it's definately not him.

I don't think it's him, although there certainly is a resemblance. Maybe his brother? :-)
