The stealing part of the film is a bit like a film where the woman steals a statue or Mask (No its NOT entrapment) its about the same era i think,the goal is in a cage where the woman prises the bars open and is just thin enough to get inside,it is also alarmed with beams
it also turns out to be fakes in the end.

The only thing that I can think of that comes close is Shirley MacLaine climbing into an alarm-lit display case in Gambit, with Michael Caine.
It's been a long time since I've seen it. I believe that she was stealing the a jewel from a bust of Herbert Lom's late, exotic looking wife.
Yeah. This film falls into the same category with 'Gambit'. Mid-sixties caper film with romantic overtones. Only Maclaine isn't stealing a jewel; she's stealing the bust itself. Quite a well-done film as well, with some interesting twists.
