My dvd skipped all throughout the scene where Audrey meets Peter in the restaurant and she's wearing that black outfit w/ the mask. Could someone give me a brief rundown of what happened in this scene? Thanks in advance.
shareNicole says it is a business meeting and tells Simon she has a need for someone with his talents and experience. She asks if he is interested in a big-time caper. He asks her what the score is. When she tells Simon she wants to steal her father's Cellini Venus he asks her if she is serious or if it's some kind of publicity stunt. Nicole affirms how serious she is. After initially saying he won't do it because he doesn't like the rate of exchange (about one policeman for every dollar it is worth) he says he'll sleep on it and arranges to meet Nicole the next day to case the joint. Is that an adequate description?
