I thoroughly enjoy this with one little script complaint. Audrey Hepburn says the word 'Papa' about 400 times in the first twenty minutes of the film.

I just found her character irritating throughout the film.

Well, that is who he was--her papa--and she was talking to him. But it can get irritating, like those annoying contestants on "Jeopardy" who insist on ending everything they utter with "Alex".
