Fahrenheit 451 (2018)

Hey, I know no one reads this board, now that imdb has retired their message boards. But I just wanted to say, I was reading about the new Blade Runner film - Blade Runner 2049. And it got me to thinking, I wonder whats up with the remake of Fahrenheit 451? They've been talking about a remake for DECADES!! Even what's-his-name was gonna do it (director of Braveheart) (oh yea, Mel Gibson). Well, I typed Fahrenheit 451 into the search box, and what do you know, a film titled "Fahrenheit 451 (2018)" came up. Now you might think, big deal, there have been other Fahrenheit 451 remakes that have looked like they were gonna happen but then never did. But if you go to the imdb page for this one (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0360556), it looks much more likely. I mean, they've got all these actors picked out for the roles. And they even have a photo from the film (although it says they are still filming, although that was as of July 2017). So does this mean it is really gonna happen?? YIKES!! So get ready, folks, to HATE the remake of Fahrenheit 451! Even as you already hated the original.
