Turkey or roast beef? When whole it looks like turkey especially since it has two things that look like drum sticks. However, once carved it looks like roast beef plus roast beast sounds more like roast beef. Then again turkey is more thought of on Christmas as it is on Thanksgiving.

I don't know what's a sig. line? Can't think of one! Can you tell me what one is?

I cook Christmas dinner for the family, and my default dish is a beef rib roast - always goes over well, is quite easy to cook, and the supermarket has them on sale then.

Too bad your normally funny name just got poignant this week. Wonder if he haunts the hotel?
